ABOUT KATHLEEN

WHY I LOVE ARAPAHOE

As a wife and mother of two boys, I have lived in Arapahoe County for 25 years. I went to high school and college here. I met and married my husband here. We raised our family here. Both my boys graduated from Heritage High School.

We chose to live in Arapahoe County because of the true sense of community. We love the larger trees, all the green grass, the natural beauty, and small town feeling. We love the spectacular views that we shall never grow weary of looking at or appreciating.

I have served my community not only as an elected official both at the state (6 years) and the local level (4 years), but also at my church and the local high school. I have dedicated my working life to improving my home state and community, so that one day my kids and my future grandkids may live in a county and a state that have a great quality of life!  I hope you'll join in helping me keep Arapahoe County a great place to live, work, and raise a family!
